Because our products are hand-stitched and hand carved and often made in small batches, we handle returns with care and fairness.
a. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If a product arrives damaged or is defective, notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photos. We will replace, repair the product or refund the purchase price where appropriate.
b. Change of Mind Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our items, we do not offer refunds for change of mind unless otherwise required by law. However, we may offer exchanges within 14 days if the item is unused, in original condition (at our discretion) and not custom-made.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Items made to order or customised cannot be returned or refunded, unless faulty
c. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are generally at your expense unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our side.
d. Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
