Terms & Conditions of Use

Kroongrond operate from our farm Koedoesnek, Postmasburg, South Africa and are committed to providing quality handstitched leather products and handcaved animal skulls.

These Terms cover:

Orders placed through our online store.

Payment, delivery, returns, warranties, and privacy.

Your rights and responsibilities.

This is a legally binding agreement once you complete your order and payment.

All products are handmade and hand-stitched — meaning slight variations in colour, texture and stitching may occur. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product photos, measurements and descriptions, but actual products may vary slightly.

When you place an order through our online store, you are making an offer to purchase a product. We will confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email. If we reject an order (e.g., out of stock), we will refund any amounts paid to you.

Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).

We accept payments via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and PayFast.

You must pay the full order price (plus shipping) before we process your order.

We may decline orders that appear fraudulent or suspicious.

We deliver nationally across South Africa.

Shipping charges and delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are guides only; delays can occur due to courier services, customs, or force majeure.

Title and risk pass to you once the product is delivered to the address provided.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the CPA, such as your right to products that are of good quality, fit for purpose and as described.

All text, graphics, designs and images on our website are our property. You may not copy, redistribute or commercially use anything from this site without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages related to your purchase or use of products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in South Africa.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of the site after changes means you agree to the updated Terms.
